Option to renew lease in July.
The popcorn ceilings were taken down in the living room, kitchen, hall and 2nd bedroom. This makes the space look more modern and open. Cats welcome. A dog is welcome if lease will be renewed in July.

This area in 78704 so cute and is located across the street from St Edward’s University, Congress is a 3 minute drive, Cosmic Cafe 5 minute drive, new HEB opening in December is 5 minutes, Freddos, Buffalo Exchange Breweries, easy access to 35, Ben White and 290.
