Your cozy "Home Away From Home" getaway located in a gated community at Terra Verde Resort with club house, Sundry shop and Fitness center, large communal pool, games area, cyber cafe, children's playground, Volley ball court, and other amenities. It awaits in Kissimmee at this great home with 4 bedrooms including 1 king, 1 queen, and 4 twin beds, this home is perfect for families or groups of friends. You'll also enjoy 3 bathrooms with amenities like a bathtub and hair dryer. The living room offers additional space with a comfy sofa bed. We think our place will help you experience everything Kissimmee has to offer. The family room overlooks and leads out to the pool and deck area with children's safety screen with outdoor chairs, table and loungers.
The well equipped spacious kitchen has all modern appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee makerdinnerware, silverware .The adjacent breakfast area has table & chairs for informal dining and this overlooks the large Family room with comfortable sofas, Flat screen TV, DVD & PS2. The Laundry area featuring washer, dryer, iron and board is in the spacious two car garage; ideal for a more private & enclosed car parking space.
