Very nice location. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths but both bedrooms are upstairs and one bathroom is downstairs - very functional but not elegant.

Great location and prosperty management co.

The place was small but perfect for a snow ski trip for my husband and two kids. There's a ski locker on porch which made it super easy to load up each morning. There's an awesome organic bakery within walking distance, too. #bonus

Review of Bradford Property

We have stayed in the Bradford property on two previous occasions and were very happy to be able to return for a brief stay this summer. The property is always clean and well stocked with all of the necessities. The location is perfect and within walking distance to all of the ammenities. My family had a wonderful time and we hope to return again next summer.

Just what we needed

Visited with my family for ski week, this was just right for us - had everything we needed, right down to a British tea kettle on the stove! Lots of well thought out helpful notes to answer questions about how to make things work, where to find things. And more power outlets for chargers than I've ever seen! Had a great stay - thanks so much for being excellent hosts

Positives - close to Palisades; gas fireplace in LR; Partially upgraded 1 bathroom and kitchen Negatives - Advertised as 2 full bathrooms, however nice bathroom was downstairs by kitchen; not near bedrooms. Bathroom by bedrooms was old with peeling paint. Furnace is incredibly loud: sounds like a freight train. Closet in Bedroom is filled with old clothes on the floor. Ski Locker is filled with old skis. Old sled hanging by the stairs is dangerous; easy to hit your head on it. Sauna took 30 min to warm up and was drafty. Realtors managing the property were not always responsive.

We enjoyed our stay

Comfortable unit close to downtown Tahoe City, Alpine and Squaw. Big shout out to Chris Krueger from the management. Cable box didn't work on Saturday, Super Bowl was Sunday, and the cable company couldn't come out with a new box until Monday. Chris came over and gave us his personal Amazon TV Fire Stick so we could watch the game. A suggestion to the management company is to use the key lock box at the front door instead of having renters have to stop by the management company office to pick up the key and then having to drop the key back off again after checking out. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Cozy condo

This property was great, exactly what we were looking for in a cozy winter getaway for 3. Modern kitchen. No problems with wifi. Comfortable beds (one queen, two twin). Nice wrought iron stove (gas) for warming your toes after a chilly day on the slopes. The dining area is a breakfast bar. I wouldn't call it spacious, but it made up for that with a feeling of coziness, which I would prefer on a cold winter day. One complaint is that the heat was very uneven. You had to crank it up to get warm downstairs, and then the upstairs was roasting. Not really a problem as long as you aren't trying to use the downstairs (kitchen, living room) and upstairs (bedrooms) at the same time. Also the heater is fairly loud upstairs. One of my favorite things was how on-top-of-it Wells and Bennett was! The welcome packet that we picked up was detailed. (Heed their warning to not use wifi to find the condo.) They called to check on us, and were very helpful when we called them with a question - they knew the property well. We almost got snowed in (80 was closed the morning we left, but fortunately it opened up around noon), and they were very helpful.

Good location, aging condo

I’m rather surprised by all of the 5-star ratings on this property. We’ve stayed at the Lake Forest Glen condos a few times and appreciate the pool, proximity to Tahoe City, and Skylandia beach nearby. This property needs a deep cleaning (downstairs carpet had many large stains, there were cobwebs in the popcorn ceilings), a fresh coat of paint, and streamlining of the tv/dvd/remotes/cords. I’m sure the unit was sanitized but it didn’t really feel clean. This rental is very affordable! Just some routine maintenance and new linens would go a long way for guests’ comfort.

Cozy condo. Great location

Cozy condo in a quiet neighborhood, with walking distance to Skylandia beach and Lake Forest beach. A few min drive to down town Tahoe City. This place is not big but is good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed our stay there and hope to visit again next time.

No frills or fuss, easy location and place to stay

Classic Tahoe condo style rental with low maintenance appliances, decor and surroundings. Enjoyed the spacious living room area and the outdoor deck was key for evenings spent grilling, conversing and with the hopes of seeing stars, sans smoke. I would suggest maybe adding another wine glass or two since there was only one. Location was easy and in arms reach to Tahoe City. Back of the property faces the communal dumpster so you may get a crowd of people from time to time. Also saw a Black Bear rummaging through it on night one, that was a nice surprise! The space is within walking distance to Sugar Pine Cafe, expect long lines! You could also take a walk down to Dollar Point Beach which was super convenient and nice!

Great stay!

Extremely clean and well appointed. Pretty much had everything we needed for the kitchen with grocery store close by. Really enjoyed our weekend there. Management was proactive and called ahead to see if we had any questions. Checkout instructions were clear. Would definitely stay again.
