Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and bedroom 2 features a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Bedroom 1 features a closet and the bunk room provides a dresser to store all of your belongings.

The kitchen has a spacious fridge and a 4 top gas stove. All plates, glassware, and silverware are included and there is a keurig coffee machine to enjoy. Included as well is a toaster so you can enjoy breakfast at the house. The kitchen space features an extendable kitchen table if you are looking for additional table space for an evening-in.

The living room features a sofa to lounge or enjoy the brand new 40” HD Smart TV. You can log-in to your streaming services accounts.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower complete with a rainfall shower head and beautiful tiled floors.

You can access a washer and dryer via the bulkhead.

We include all bath towels including hand and face towels. During the summertime, we provide pool towels and we ask that you only use the dedicated pool towels at the pool and keep the bath towels inside.

Outdoor Area
Guests also have full access to the community’s common areas including the in-ground pool that is open ~Memorial Day through Labor Day or enjoy the grassy lawn. Pool is subject to rules set by the HOA.

In the summer, we have a grill and patio dining furniture for you to enjoy if you choose to cook dinner and have an evening in.
