3rd floor parking was good. But no elevator to come up after walking.

Sorry for the inconvenience regarding the elevator. The elevator is located in the other building, and I never received any communication from you asking if one was available. Most guests do not use it because they have access to drive directly to the third floor, and using the elevator would still require walking across the parking garage. I was a little surprised by your comments, as you signed the guest book, left a 10/10 rating, and mentioned that the unit was perfect for your Mother’s Day trip. You also noted how clean, nice, and comfortable the property was during your stay. Regardless, thank you for allowing me to host you. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and that everything was perfect, as reflected in your guest book comments. I wish you all the best moving forward.

Hockey game!

Needed a place to stay to goto hockey game. This place in a very nice neighborhood. 3 blocks from the Penguin, Outback and Bad Daddy's....along with several other good eats. Chirp: make sure you download. That gets you into: the building, the parking garage and any doors. Once I figured that out...parked literally right outside the door. No walking the stairs. Easy breezy. Next time I need to come to Charlotte...I'll stay here!
