We focus exclusively on properties in Savannah and Tybee Island because this is our home, not just a market. We’ve each lived in Savannah for over 20 years and still live here today—working, playing, and spending our time downtown—so sharing this city comes naturally to us. We decided to rent our first home as a vacation rental because we wanted guests to experience Downtown Savannah the same way we do. We wanted our guests to be able to step outside and immediately feel the charm, beauty, and walkability that make Savannah so special.
