The house was perfect. We had absolutely no problems. Home came with everything needed. The BBQ pit does need a new grill, the on there is falling apart but we still managed. The pool was the perfect size. The only thing that we did not like - on the map, it makes it look like the river is within walking distance but it is not. It is a just a few minute drive down the hill.

Rio Royale is a nice location to stay with moderate privacy and comfortable housing and sleeping arrangements. It should be clearly understood that this is not a river front property and it is separated from the riverside resort depicted in the map location, it's about a 10 minute drive to the river access at the resort. The VRBO "Explore the area" map and description reference the Frio Country Resort and are inaccurate for the Rio Royale unit which is in the hills on Mariposa a mile or so north of 348. Besides location, the property is as advertised and a was a nice stay.
