Everything you need to live The Villages Lifestyle to the fullest. This two-bedroom, two-bath, large lanai stand-alone 1800 sq ft home is in a beautiful retirement community. The neighborhood offers safety, tranquility, and old-growth trees with tons of activities just minutes away. You would have a guest pass for the pool, pickleball, golf, beach tennis, shuffleboard, corn hole, and over 3000 clubs for arts, music, theater, dance, exercise, and more.
Three town squares have live bands and dancing every night. Three grocery stores are just 5 minutes away, plus major brand big box stores. Relax on the patio with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, and dining table in a peaceful, park-like setting. (There’s also an indoor sauna in the guest bedroom.) Or unwind with a cup of tea or glass of wine in the front screened-in area.
Stay connected with free WIFI and be comfortable with heating and AC in all the rooms, including the lanai. Take care of your laundry with an indoor washer and dryer. If you’re a golfer, there are over 700 holes of golf in beautifully maintained courses. Disney and other Orlando theme parks are nearby.
