Very good location - kinda far if you are going to the beach everyday. Beautiful view of the golf course… the place is clean and lots of space. Big enough for 6-8 people comfortably … the only need for improvement is the outdoor accommodations… very dirty… it did rain two days so that could have impacted the cleanliness … highly recommend … I’ll be staying there again

Very clean property in Shipyard with plenty of amenities. Loved the location and layout. The third bathroom with three bedrooms is a big plus for this property. Only negative is the instructions say that you must keep the thermostat at 72 degrees or higher. We are use to setting our thermostat at about 68 at night because we like it cooler at night. Fortunately, there are plenty of fans to help. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay in this spacious condo with easy to use televisions and internet. The hosts were easy to deal with and promptly answered any questions that we had before and during our stay.

Overall great location, comfortable beds, plenty of blankets linens and towels, poolWithin walking distance. The only negative is I could not find a long length mirror and needs another couch or chaise for comfortable seating while hanging around inside. Hard to have 4 people sit and watch TV at night.
