Great location, great condo. We had 9 people and everyone had plenty of room. Enjoyed the large balconies and access to beach set ups right in front of property. Kitchen was well stocked and we truly enjoyed our one week stay. Would highly recommend Mediterranean West Condominiums.

Our stay was incredible and this is probably the best property in Perdido Key! We have 5 teens and the layout allowed them to have their own space while providing us with our own. The beach, pool, and all amenities were just footsteps away. The condo had everything we could need and more. It was the best vacation and we can’t wait to return!

Great Property.

As advertised. Property is in a great location next to the Florabama and restaurants across the street. Very clean. Wonderful view from the balcony that wraps around entire condo. Only negative is only two key fabs were given, so if you have multiple people doing different things, it can be difficult to navigate getting back into the condo.

Absolutely amazing!! We had 8 adults and 2 children for a 5 night stay and we never once felt crowded at this property. Parking is so easy compared to other condos and the elevator opening directly to the room is a huge perk. The wrap around balcony is so nice. The interior and exterior furniture is super comfy too! Overall, it was amazing - so amazing that we’ve already booked a stay for next year. The only negative is very minor - the two back bedrooms stayed a bit warmer than the others but it wasn’t bad. One bit of advice if using the oven - be sure to firmly press the door shut otherwise it won’t heat up. Overall, it was amazing and we didn’t want to leave!

Condo fabulous!Even though it was sargassum the beach was perfect and water amazing.Parking not great, if you have more than 3 cars you will need off site parking.Check in process is off site, not horrible but after traveling all day you are just ready to get to your reserved condo.Totally recommend and we will be back in the future!

It is a natural occurrence and an important part of our coastal ecosystem, though we certainly understand it can impact the beach experience. The HOA manages onsite parking, and two vehicles is the typical limit for many condo properties, so larger groups may need to make arrangements for offsite parking. We’re so glad you were still able to enjoy your stay, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for another beach getaway!
