The house budgets 1.5 hours for cleaning after each stay. Its a large 36 square (INDOOR) house with all timber floorboards. Time is for sweeping and mopping floors, mop bathrooms, change fresh sheets on beds and a quick tidy up of the kitchen. This is a big 25 year old house. Its condition is fair for its age. Should guests require a deep clean additional fee must be negotiated in advance, Cost of deep clean from $10,000.
