The Space:

The beautiful 3BR 3BA will comfortably fit your large group. The main floor features an open living area with large windows that provide stunning ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a generous island, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with the master suite offering a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom. The additional bedrooms are furnished with a queen sized bed, two sets of bunk beds and share well-appointed bathrooms. This beachfront property also features a portion of the yard that is fully fenced to allow your pets or children to safely play outside.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire space to themselves.



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free but we will not issue full refunds.



- We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system AND a water softener/treatment system on this property, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.



- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.



-Absolutely NO SMOKING indoors. You will be charged an immediate fee of 300 for violating our smoking policy if there is any indication of smoking inside the house.



Please note -

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.
