Nothing bland about the Bland Avenue Bungalow! Charming bungalow built in 1937 on a historic street close to downtown. It has recently been renovated with tasteful updates and bright colors making it the perfect place to relax during your visit to Lebanon. Central stay to Ft. Leonard Wood, Springfield, and Lake of the Ozarks! Peaceful and close to everything Lebanon has to offer. One of the original short term rentals in the area now with new owners! We are excited to have you stay with us! While we are pet friendly, we do charge a $50 pet fee to help ensure our standard of cleaning is always met. Just add your pets when you book under guests.

Cute cottage has everything you need for a pleasant stay

Cottage is adorable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean. The cottage is clean and spacious for 2 people and 2 small dogs. The neighborhood is fairly quiet even for 4th of July weekend.

Quaint Cute and Cozy

Perfect place for a small family of 4 or smaller. Such an adorable bungalow. We had a sizeable reunion in the area occupying 4 separate properties. Bland Bungalow felt the most "homey" for us. Our host Brianna was also very prompt with communication. Would definitely book the property again the next time we are in the area.

Home away from home

When I walk in, it smells like rest and relaxation. I’m in town to spend time with my daughter for the week, but I’m also on vacation from work and I don’t wanna leave to go back home to go to work. The host is amazing. Their property is amazing and I can’t wait to come back next month.

Tidy Wonderful Home

The home was a sweet aroma when I entered, clean and lovely. I was in town to visit my daughter and even at 1 my daughter loved it so much more and was comfortable being in this home with her father. We opened Christmas gifts and I’m so grateful this home was a home away from home and was so wonderful to rent. I will be back, guaranteed
