Just a 90 second walk from door to shore! Only a 35-45 minute drive from the Aguadilla airport. 2 minutes to downtown, restaurants, other nearby beaches, bars & family-friendly activities. You will appreciate it's privacy, views, location, ambiance, outdoor spaces, & comfort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families with kids.

Hi Nowska, Thank you so much for your great review. I greatly appreciate it coming from a 5- star guest. As mentioned in one of my guideline messages, the jacuzzi would be filled with fresh water and that sediments might be found due to the bromine disinfectant tabs as well as the sediments from the PR water comapny. These sediments are normal to find in any hot tub and are not harmful in any way. And it does not mean that the jacuzzi was dirty or not cleaned properly. I personally supervised the cleaning of the jacuzzi and it's filter prior to your arrival. Also dirt and body oils can enter the spa if there is multiple people going in and out of it. And if it's left uncovered, many things can fall right in through the air. I also mentioned in one of my other guideline messages that I provide a jacuzzi refresh service when requested. Thanks again for your visit and hope to have you return in the near future.

Best location in Rincon!

Freddie was an amazing host with his property being an awesome location for guests looking to stay at a house close to the beach. Walking distance away from GREAT restaurants and bars, this house is perfect for anyone looking to have a great trip without having to drive. The property itself was amazing, and had all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Looking forward to making it back out to Rincon in the future!

We had a wonderful stay in Rincon. Perfect location to all the beaches and downtown. All the amenities you need. Very clean, organized, hot water, back up generator, and safe gated community. Freddie is a wonderful host and always available for any of your needs.

The Best

This was our 4th time staying at Casa Shael. We love the Marina area and beach and Casa Shael definitely our favorite place to stay in that area. The amenities of the house are great, it’s always very clean, and the owner is extremely responsive and communicative. You can’t beat it!

Just WOW!

This is a great property! Great location to the beach (2 blocks) and places to eat. Freddie was very great at getting back to you with our questions and although there were a lot of rules (HOAs can be particular) it was much larger than expected. the deck is on top of the patio and the hot tub was wonderful! Highly recommend you try the bagel place a short walk and English Rose. Freddie also made some great recommendations like the Art Fair on Thursdays. Great way to support local artist. Will definitely come back to this location and property. Thanks Freddie!!

We love Casa Shael

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Casa Sahel & we love it there. There are 4 main reasons why we think it is the best. 1. The Puerto Bahai community of houses that Casa Shael is a part of is an ideal location right behind the marina beach and with easy access to some great restaurants. 2. Every time we've stayed there it's been extremely clean. 3. Casa Shael has a beautiful garden patio that's very well maintained and landscaped. It also has a rooftop deck. 4. The owner of Casa Shael, Freddie, is very attentive to any communications and also very helpful. We've stayed at other places in the neighborhood, and though the location has still been great, the other factors that I've mentioned haven't compared. We love Casa Shael!

Loved the gated community with just a short walk to the marina beach. There is a beach bar there, and a few restaurants. Perfect location to get to the heart of "downtown". The house was perfectly clean and the A/C worked fabulously. Very Quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely rent again.

Spotless rental walk to marina beach/restaruants

Fantastic property - gated community just a short walk to the marina beach. There is a beach bar there, and several restaurants. The house is absolutely spotless (even the outside patio areas) which is often overlooked and so appreciated. I would absolutely rent again - hopefully for longer next time! House was perfect for a small family-very comfortable bed in the master and double bunk beds in the second bedroom. Freddie was wonderful- very responsive!

Lovely Property

Overall it is lovely property. The outdoor area is private and serene. The rooftop deck is fantastic! As others mentioned, the owner has lots of rules. The property has a generator which I really appreciated when there was a power outage. The property is a 2 minute walk from the marina and there are a couple of good restaurants nearby. This property does not feel like home as the owner has many cupboards locked. Note, the bed in the master bedroom is quite firm.

Thank you so much for your great feedback Jennifer and for being five star guests! My goal is to always make my guests feel like they are away from home and in a relaxing tropical getaway. The unit comes with plenty of space to accommodate every short term vacationers needs. The small amount of cupboards that are locked contain cleaning inventory that must be kept closed for the safety of young children.

Perfect!

Property is just steps from the beach and many restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet. Freddie is a wonderful host. We had to cancel our original booking for March 2020 due to covid. I called him in a panic without travel insurance and he completely refunded us. So we booked with him again this year. We will definitely be back!

Rooftop view of heaven

We absolutely loved our visit at Casa Shael. We were steps away from the ocean, the town, and amazing food. We slept with he French doors open and felt secured in the gated community. The outdoor living area and rooftop balcony really makes this house a warm and inviting place to spend quality time with loved ones. Freddy, the owner, was super helpful, kind and responsive. We cannot wait to return.

Fun Family Vaca!

The outdoor space really made our stay! It doubled the size of the house and allowed our 3 young boys to play outside in a safe space (while we relaxed!). The property is clean, has all the beach essentials (chairs, cooler, umbrella) and is in a very convenient location. Can't wait to come back!

Destination Wedding - Rincon

We had an amazing time visiting one of our best friends, who relocated to Rincon, Puerto Rico. The condo was within walking distance to their wedding venue, the Marina and several other beaches, restaurants, the downtown Plaza, etc. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful retreat from the real world. Family Vacation

We have vacationed in Rincon many times in the past. We have stayed at a couple of different locations. This place was by far our favorite! The place was very clean and it was the perfect size for our family of 5s vacation. The location was perfect to visit several surfing beaches and lots of great restaurants. We were able to walk to both Shipwreck for a delicious dinner and La Copa LLena at the Black Eagle for New Year's Eve. I truly enjoyed the outdoor space. It was nice to wake up and have my coffee outside in the morning while reading my book and enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening before dinner. There was a beautiful breeze and it was very relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location, great house!

My spouse and I spent a week at Casa Shael and it was perfect for us. The house is very well appointed and the outdoor space is great. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop patio and looking at the stars. We used the beach chairs a few times. The location is perfect! It is just a couple minutes walk to the marina and several bars and restaurants. We rented paddle boards at the marina one day. Freddie was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

One of the happiest places to visit in the Caribbean! The neighborhood of Ensenada is the most central part of Rincon. My 3 vacation rental homes are located inside the Puerto Bahia community and literally across from Marina Beach where the waves can be clearly heard. Especially at night!
Rincon separates itself from all of its surrounding towns. It has a magical feel like no other place in the island!
