Beautiful Space

My husband and I and our 8 kids stayed here for one night. We all loved the magical backyard area with the little waterfall and pond. It was nice and quiet and peaceful back there. The kids loved the little court yard in the front and it was a nice safe space for them to play. Everything was clean and well put together. The kitchen was well stocked! I was sad we were only staying one night, it would have been pleasant to stay in for longer!

Sanctuary in Albuquerque

This place is amazing! The pictures are just a glimps of this home. The inside was clean, the kitchen had everything although a bit disorganized. We beds were okay, each one was different so we picked the one most comfortable for us. The front courtyard is nice but the backyard is amazing. There are so many outdoor spaces; the veranda, the patio and a bench near the pond. The rippling water was so relaxing. We felt like we didn't have any neighbors. I absolutely loved the mid centry modern layout of this home it was huge! We felt very safe in thos quiet neighborhood. There is also a small community playgroud around the corner if you are traveling with kids.

Wonderful oasis

What a lovely and restful home! There are lovely garden spaces, a fountain in the front courtyard, and a koi pond with a waterfall in the back yard. We loved our time there.

Beautiful Courtyard house with style

This home was perfect for our multigenerational family of 6 adults. Everything updated, comfortable, and clean. We arrived after dark but enjoyed the well- kept courtyard garden.

Beautiful home

We Stayed at the property for 2 nights. The house is truly a paradise - beautiful backyard water fountains. It was very close to restaurants and target as well. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful home!

This property is exactly as described. Its a superb listing. Owners were very helpful and had quick responses to a last minute request to change the dates of our stay. Do not hesitate to book this property, its stunning.

Fantastic!

Great communication and beautiful “New Mexico” style architecture. Older house with some quirks but the house and grounds are beautiful. Only issue I had is now my wife want to move to ABQ. Ha! Thanks Mickie… we had a great time.

Hidden treat!

Great surprises behind the blue door! Our family of 5 adults loved the courtyard and backyard. Plenty of room for us to spread out and find our own space. Took us a bit to master all of the light switches, and had to supplement AC with fans in every room (provided), but really enjoyed this spacious and unique getaway. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed. Made easy 15-20 minute drives to restaurants, Sandia Peak, Nob Hill, and Old Town plaza.

I booked this VRBO for the night before my best friends wedding. we had bridesmaids traveling in from out of town and all needed a place to stay. Check in time was at 4pm, so we were curious as to why the cleaner was still there at 4:30pm when we arrived. I reached out to the property manager to receive our VRBO info (most importantly the lock code to receive keys to the house.) We sat outside the property for 20 minutes and called the property manager 5 times, and messaged her on both the VRBO app and her actual phone number but received no response. While sitting outside the house waiting for a response, the cleaner told us she would give us the code so we could start taking some of our things inside. Once a few of our friends had arrived, the house started to warm up (most likely do to a mix of 10 girls plus the 90° heat outside). We found the thermostat and a note asking that we don’t change the temperature. Not a huge deal, but also for the price of the house, I think we should be able to set the temp to what we want. Before going to bed we wanted to watch a movie on our computer. The listing specifically states that there is wifi available, which there is, but the property manager never sent the welcome info for the VRBO so we didn’t receive the password and (not) to our surprise the manager didn’t respond when I texted asking her for the password. We wanted a relaxing house, but getting information was so stressful that in the end we didn’t get that.

This is a 60s house that has been renovated. Its entry is a courtyard. The house is a c shape around the courtyard. The backyard is lush and several little places to sit and have coffee. There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, nice linens and cute decor. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The kitchen has a great refrigerator and all the pots and utensils you need to whip up dinner. It was a nice place to relax on our visit to New Mexico.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out, and also great spaces for us to spend time together. We especially enjoyed the water features and the patio areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed

House needs a lot of tender care. Lights were going off and on. Wiring should be checked before there is a fire. Shower head on guest bathroom is very low. Dust was on furniture. Faucet in kitchenv was about to fall off. Would not recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home! Comfortable stay! Enough room for our family! Would definitely stay here again if needing to stay in Albuquerque again. The cars from the main road can be kind of noisy but the house itself is really nice and the backyard is super cute! Definitely recommend!

My husband fills our home with beautiful music on the piano. We are big lovers of jazz and all good music. Sarah, our daughter, a freshman at UNM helps us co-host. She is minutes away if needed. Our neighbors are the best! I am grateful we can share this space that we have loved so much! I'll do my best to provide you with an experience that I would desire. If you need any recommendations like restaurants, bars/breweries, bike trails, running spots, golf courses, local music, supermarkets or gyms/yoga, I can definitely help out.
