The Villa - Clean, Serene, Quiet & Amazing Views!

This home is a guest Villa located behind our home on almost an acre of land. It is in the back of the property butted up to the glass fence with a 180 degree stunning views. It is a quiet & relaxing environment. Palm trees flowing with the breeze. 55 foot pool with jacuzzi & waterfall. Outdoor seating & patio. The Villa is newly remodeled & designed for your relaxation with comfortable interior, fresh paint & new carpet. Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig Coffee Machine with coffee provided. Oak open ceiling beams & custom woodwork throughout. All new WHITE bed linens including down comforters. Master suite with fireplace, cal king bed with a high end mattress, ceiling fan, sitting area, black out window drapes, custom make-up vanity, a walk in closet & a full bathroom. 2nd bedroom has full size bunk bed on bottom & twin bed on top with private bathroom & a large shower. Living room has a comfortable leather reclining chair & sofa & a double sided fireplace. 50 inch Flatscreen smart television with cable & WIFI. We are a picky family when it comes to cleanliness, so the Villa is professionally cleaned for you comfort.

beautifull property, awesome hostess!

It is a cozy, pristine guest house. Fully equiped and with independent access. It was great.. and Camille, owner, is a sweet caring landlord. Could not have asked for a better set up for out stay in California
