Brand new place with private parking, beautiful shower/tub, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, Washer & Dryer, 55" TV with hundreds of channels (HBO,SHOW TIME,CINEMAX,ESPN,CNN NEWS,ETC...) WI-FI internet connection and outside setting with table and chairs.
Iron and small vault included.
The place is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood,7 minutes from the air port.

Cute, clean studio with that had everything I needed for a short weekend stay for my soccer tournament. The host (Ronnie) was so nice and excellent with communication. Conveniently located close to the airport and strip. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and peaceful. The double-head shower was such a nice touch, and the location couldn’t have been better. close to the Strip, airport, and plenty of great restaurants. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly responsive, respectful, and committed to making our stay perfect.We also really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the fenced property, which made us feel extra safe. The stocked water, light snacks, and coffee were such a thoughtful bonus! We absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend booking this place!

We loved just having a peaceful, quiet place to sleep while we were in Vegas for a conference! Host was great with communication before, during, and after our stay. Great place!

Check in was very easy and I was given a tour of everything. I mostly love the feeling of having my own place. I enjoyed my time in Vegas and will be making a reservation to say here again.

Someone has a very good idea for spatial planning! In this small place, every inch was utilized and it did not seem cramped or crowded. Two small things, which I don't think could be amended... If the bed could be pulled away from the wall just a couple of inches so that the person sleeping on that side doesn't turn over with the nose to the wall. And I was a bit disappointed not to have a tub/shower (since I am a tub person). It looked like it in the pictures but it ended up it was only a shower - which was very good. Ronnie was a great host and the place was just right for us. We would like to return!

I liked that it had a little area for office work, that there was a dedicated parking spot for me, that there was a washer/dryer to access and that everything was locked up for safety. I also liked the kitchen area and that they had a smart tv. The bed was beyond comfortable.

Perfect!

Easy to get to from airport and central to Red Rock, Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire (highly recommend) and the strip. Plenty of towels, TP, paper towels and toiletries provided. Especially appreciated the snacks and bottled water when we arrived late at night. Perfect for our week in the Vegas area.

Very clean and convenient to everything

We were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Just big enough for two. Location was quiet but close enough to the action. Las Vegas was in a extreme heatwave and the air conditioning was efficient and kept our place very comfortable. I will return again!!!
