Walk to Ski Lift & Main St | Hot Tub
Welcome to our mountain getaway, where relaxation meets adventure.
This spacious condo is a 5 min. walk to downtown Breckenridge, located just off S. Main Street and short walk to the Quick Silver ski lift.
With 15 restaurants under a half mile away and ranging in a wide verity of cuisines, you won't need to be in your car once you're settled.
Our 2BR/2BA unit offers everything you need and is stocked with amenities and has a fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom has a King bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and separate walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed.
The hall bath features a bathtub/shower.
The living room is very spacious, has a gas fireplace, a 65" TV with Xfinity cable and streaming services available. There is a Queen sleeper, sofa day bed and trundle bed are available to accommodate larger parties.
The balcony offers a grill and seating with views of Breckenridge Resort.
The "Breck Free Ride" bus stop is located at the bottom of the driveway.
The bus schedule is easily found online with google search.
This 2BR/2BA unit comfortably sleeps 8 people, with 5 beds. Bathroom amenities are included (free toiletries).
This building has an elevator, making it easy to bring luggage and groceries up to the second floor.We take pride in our guest service and support.
There is a "Welcome Book" in the kitchen area, designed to help make your stay as seamless and smooth as possible. We also offer a 24/7 emergency contact (contact info found in the Welcome Book).
PARKING:2 parking spaces allotted. Garage parking available. Parking is first come first serve in the front lot and in the garage. 2 parking pass are in the front of the "Welcome Book". Return them at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement costs.
CLUBHOUSE: Located in between buildings A & B. Clubhouse hours are from 9am-9pm daily. You will find hot tub towels in the bedroom closet.
SKI LOCKER:Located inside the garage of building A and numbered 202A.
FIREPLACE: Fireplace on/off is a push button timer located to the right of the living room TV. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is to the right of the fireplace. The key is on the right side of the washer and dryer.
SLEEPER SOFA & TRUNDLE BED LINENS: Linen sets can be found on the master closet shelf along with extra pillows in hall and bedroom closets.
CABLE TV & STREAMING: Living room and master bedroom both have Xfinity Cable TV. You will need to login to your accounts to access your streaming networks. Please logout of your streaming networks when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER: The washer and dryer are located in the closet with the bifolding doors near the entryway. You are provided with a small box of detergent (found under kitchen sink or above the dryer). For more detergent you will need to buy your own.
THERMOSTATS: There are 4 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom, one for the kitchen and one for the living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR: There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There are 2 portable fans in each bedroom closet.
TALKING TRASH: You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (Next to the clubhouse) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES: If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found above the STOVE. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, please contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after check out, include this property name in the email.
ELECTRICAL PANEL: Electrical box is located behind the large trees picture in the entryway should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES: There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.There are 2 stairwells at each end of the hall that lead to 3 exits on the 1st floor. The lobby has a stairwell to the garage. *Don’t use the elevator in an emergency*.
