We had an absolutely wonderful stay at A Wave From It All! Jeramy was the perfect host, so accommodating and always available. We feel like she went above and beyond to make our stay special. The house is set up to make living easy! Love the kitchen! We were there for 6 weeks and didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!!

Great family stay

We loved our time at this property! It was a very short walk from the beach and also a short bike ride to Aly's Beach. We found magnolia cottages to be a peaceful and quiet community! I would also add that the place was just as nice if not better than the photos!

Everything was perfect for our weeklong stay. Very clean and well put together home with great amenities. Kids loved the Foosball table and we spent a lot of time on the patio. So close to the beach that I think we spent more time on the beach on this trip than any other we have been on before. Highly recommended!

Comfort and convenience

We took our family down for a week to enjoy the Florida coast. This house made our stay very comfortable and put us close to the beach. Tucked into the quiet neighborhood, this house had a nice open layout with a shaded, screened in porch. Easy walk across 30A to the private beach or one more block to the public beach access.

Perfect beach cottage with so much character & great access to the beach!

What a great escape! First, a wave to it all is a lovely beach cottage with so much character. The screened in porch was a quiet escape for morning coffee, an afternoon nap, & a late night respite for the kids. The Cottage itself is pristine and socomfortable. I am quite picky about my mattresses. I would give the beds, including the sheets and mattress five stars. I slept so peacefully. The cottage is far enough from the road yet so close to the beach access. As they say, location is so important to real estate. This Cottage’s location was just right! They included bicycles were an added bonus that were utilized at least morning, noon and night of every day. We will be returning and we can’t wait!! Shamim
