Welcome to Whiffletree Condo I3, a charming three-bedroom, two-bath unit nestled in the heart of Killington Resort. This centrally located condo offers easy access to all the winter activities you love, with a free shuttle service to the Snowshed base lodge just ½ mile away. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a "ski home" trail for an effortless return after a day on the slopes.
This quaint, one-level condo is equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay. Each bedroom and the living room feature flat-screen TVs, ensuring you can unwind with your favorite shows. For your convenience, a desktop PC is available, already connected to the internet, along with a printer that has fax capabilities and a webcam for online chats. There are jacks for connecting your gaming consoles like PS3 or Nintendo Wii.
The main level offers a welcoming living room complete with a Queen sofa bed, a 42" flat-screen TV , and a cozy gas fireplace, creating the perfect spot for relaxation. The dining area seats 8 comfortably, making it ideal for gathering after a day of fun.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, including basic cookware, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
The condo features a bedroom with a King bed and a 32" flat-screen TV, complete with an attached shower bathroom. The second bedroom includes Twin beds and a 32" flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom offers a Queen bed and another 32" flat-screen TV. An additional full bathroom is also available for added convenience.

Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.

Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
Outdoor pool is available in Summer Months Only

Pros: - Very convenient location as it’s on the shuttle - Warm and good for our group of 6 people- Smooth check in check out process and good communication - Good sized kitchen with full sized oven and dishwasherCons: - You can hear everything (people sneezing, walking on stairs, neighbour dog that barks in the AM, when the other bathroom is used) so bring ear plugs if you’re a medium or light sleeper- Toiletries provided aren’t great (they give tiny bars of soap that are meant to be used interchangeably in the shower and as hand soap which is really awkward if you’re sharing with people that are not family)

Wr chose this unit based on photos, the description and reviews. We were quite disappointed and shocked with some of the reviews given the condition of the unit. I believ the photos are old and, in hindsight, very blurry. In fact, the unit and furniture are very worn - dirty walls, mildewy showers, stained ceilings, saggy sofa, rock solid beds, etc. I do many VRBOs and have never had such a poorly kept unit. Other reviews said it was a great location. It was “okay” but the shuttle wasn't even running during the week so we had to drive to the mountain one day. To be fair and complete, the property management (reservations and reminders) were helpful and the unit’s linens were clean but would never stay here again.

the check in person was very rude and deceiving.

the property was a little outdated in the bathroom areas around the shower was filled with mold and mildew. it was adequate but very overpriced. will not stay there again. only if there's nothing else available. again it was adequate but nothing special. no hot tubs either that was a lap down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Wiffletree, unit I-3. From reading online there is quite a bit of difference between the different Wiffletree units. We stayed in unit I-3 and enjoyed it. We had two couples and 3 teenage kids, which was cozy, but worked out well. The place was very clean. It was definitely not the fanciest of places to hang out, but it provided everything we needed -- which was a clean, well-appointed and well-located place so we could be there to ski. We did have one issue with the shower draining, but we called the after-hours "emergency" line and someone came out right away and without hesitation to get it addressed. The management group there was great -- this is our second time using them. Always so helpful and interested in finding us a good fit for our needs. The unit is extremely well located, just a mile or so from the ski lifts. We drove several days, but there we also took advantage of the shuttle, which is very close nearby. One small thing is that we have only a two-wheel drive minivan, so we were challenged a few times getting the car up the steep drive to the main road -- but ultimately was successful each time. If this makes you nervous, something to think about having a 4-wheel drive car for the job. At the end of the day, I wouldn't have minded something a little larger and more luxurious, but this place did the job for the price we were willing to spend. If I were to go back to Wiffletree, this is the unit I would get again.
