Welcome to Northbrook #3, a cozy and modest two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse located just a few miles from the Killington Ski Resort and base lodges. This inviting retreat comfortably sleeps six, making it the perfect spot for your next Killington vacation.
On the main level, you'll find a welcoming living room featuring a queen sofa bed and a new smart TV, where you can log in to your favorite streaming apps like YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu. The dining area comfortably seats six, ideal for enjoying meals together after a day on the slopes. A large stone fireplace with a gas burner adds warmth and charm to the space, perfect for cozying up after a day of skiing.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, with an electric stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar provides extra seating for casual meals or morning coffee.
The main level also includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a 20" TV, along with two full baths for added convenience.
Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom furnished with a full bed and a twin bed, along with a 19" TV for your entertainment.

Great place!

Our unit was comfortable, cozy, and well equipped. Water was hot and pressure was great. Heat was easy to adjust, and the fireplace was wonderful. Beds were too firm for us, but that was our only discomfort. Great place and reasonably priced. Very close to mountain.

Positives include proximity to Killington, price, fireplace, and natural areas surrounding the unit.Drawbacks included sound from adjacent units, limited utensils in the kitchen and the bed in one of the rooms was very firm.

Perfect ski weekend stay

This property is perfect if you are looking for a couple nights in Killington. Property management company was very responsive and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. Ski lifts just a couple minute drive away!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean with lots of extra bedding and pillows. Very convenient location just a minute from restaurants and the mountains is a few minutes away. In the condo, areas not pictured in the listing, specifically the bathrooms were old, small and in need of renovation. Walls had multiple stains, holes, bubbles that had been poorly repaired. Living room with fireplace was very nice and kitchen had all necessities. It was very reasonably priced, so I am satisfied overall with our stay.

Good vacation

Good condo/townhouse. I liked the layout, coming in upstairs and majority of house being downstairs. The heat kicks, hard to find a happy medium but no problem on that. Fireplace is cool. The neighbors are really weird about the parking although they didn’t park in those spaces or move their cars.

Lacking basic Amenities

Overall our stay at this property was pleasant. Only reason I would not rent at this property again is because it was lacking basic amenities. We were there for a wedding and there was no hair dryer or iron/board. We had to scramble to find a place local to purchase both items. The 10 am checkout was a bit early as well.

The check out time of 10 am was a little early as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Northbrook Townhouse in early March. Great place for a skiing vacation, close to the mountain. Two spacious bedrooms. Two bathrooms, which are a bit small, but clean. Fireplace works great. Good amenities. We were just surprised by the layout: upon entering, there is one bedroom across the entrance, and then a narrow flight of stairs on the right, to the rest of the unit (2 bathrooms are downstairs, with the 2nd bedroom, the kitchen and the living room). It was just a bit awkward bringing in and out the baggage we had with us. But overall a good place to stay. A special thanks to Lisa and her staff who provided great customer service.

The only complaint is that the driveway and parking lot were unmaintained and very icy. If snow a four wheel drive is a must. Also the walkway was very icy as well and that let to multiple falls.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is no “mud room” area when you enter. With our boots and big winter skiing gears and 5 of us, it was a bit chaotic. No laundry in the apartment so plan accordingly. Very close to the slope but still need to drive. There were a towel and a sock left in the living room.

Place was very nice and clean. Rooms had bath towels, kitchen was equipped including papertowels, dishwashing soap, new dish sponge etc! Plus it's only 8 mins away from Killington resort! My friends were very impressed with what I booked! Will definitely be back here soon :)
