Great location! Amazing views!

Our stay was great. Home was clean and ready to go when we got there! Jacuzzi and view were awesome. Only downside was you’re a little bit close to the owners who live on site but for the most part was pretty private.

What a great place to stay in Pagosa Springs! Just outside of town enough to feel like your in the mountains but clise enough to make a quick trip to town for supplies. The owners were great! Easy to get ahold of and and quick to respond! The house was adequately stocked with all the comforts of home. The hot tub was a great addition to the home! It was clean and in good running condition! I highly recommend this home over any hotel! Well be back!

PAGOSA SPRINGS

What a great rental! Brian and Robin are great people!! The views from the balcony were amazing the sunsets were also great. It’s about 8 miles out of town but the peace and tranquility are so worth it!!! We intend to contact the owners again to rent it again. We did leave a deck of cards and uno for the next people who rent. There is a book on the end table by the front door for you to write in about your stay. Brian and Robin THANKS for sharing your beautiful rental with us!!

Mountain paradise!

Amazing Stay

Host couldn’t have been any better or friendlier. View was excellent and the cabin was in great shape. Location is not very far from town, but far enough out of the city to be quiet, not crowded, and lots of wildlife to watch.

Wonderful weekend escape

A beautiful place for a weekend getaway. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, friendly hosts, amazing views from deck and hot tub. Close to Pagosa but also far enough away to feel like an escape from the world. We were already talking about coming back.

A peaceful getaway!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! Brian was so friendly and an incredible host! Made us cookies for our anniversary! Such a sweet gesture!The views are incredible. We loved spending time in the hot tub taking in the beautiful surroundings. The home is cozy and was so relaxing for just the 2 of us. Truly a perfect trip. Couldn't have asked for a better location and host!

Lovely Place

The place was perfect for a little getaway to Pagosa. The only issue was that the bunk beds were not very comfortable, especially the mattress on the bottom bunk. Other that we enjoyed everything about the place. The views were beautiful!

This house has EVERYTHING one needs to enjoy breath-taking solitude in the lovely San Juans.

Brian was extraordinarily responsive in arranging our booking. The house was cozy and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of firewood, and views that stretched for miles. There were no disturbances, which only added to our wonderful experience. We'd love to stay here again!!!

Brian was easy to commit with. We were looking for a mountain getaway, and that’s what we got! The place was clean, great views, had coffee and tea! The bed could use a mattress pad on top, but otherwise very happy with the place!

4th of July

The Cliff house was a pleasant surprise for my family of four. We have stayed at other vrbo properties before, but none as clean and thoughtfully furnished as this one. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub daily. Brian was a good host with great communication before, during, and after our stay. Access into Pagosa was easy and the cabin was a welcome retreat to come home to after the day's activities. We would recommend this property to our family and friends. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cozy & Clean

We had a wonderful stay! Brian and Robin (homeowners on site) were super accommodating. The home is very clean and well stocked with all the basics. Even though the cabin is near the owners home, it is private and you don’t even notice they are home. The hot tub was very clean although we didn’t have time to use it. The only downside was the bed was a bit squeaky so you just get used to the sound when you roll over! Great stay and we will be back!
