Located in enchanting Tarpon Springs, only 1.2 miles from Sunset Beach and within two miles of the historic downtown, the famous Sponge Docks, the Pinellas Trail and beautiful Fred Howard Park. A 2/2 home with sleeper sofa and separate Bunkhouse can sleep up to nine guests. Large kitchen with coffee bar, wine/beverage fridge, plenty of cooking gadgets and recipe books to welcome you to a culinary adventure!
Additional amenities include a propane grill, jetted indoor bathtub and oversize hot tub. The home recently underwent a complete remodel, inside and out, that includes an outdoor oasis with two outdoor theaters, outdoor TV, a Key West bar, miniature putt-putt green, two tropical ponds and heated/lit outdoor shower after a good soak in the hot tub or dip in the adjacent tank pool. Also, a sand beach with firepit and sand toys for kids.
The Bunkhouse is a kids dream with twin over full bunk, mini-fridge, microwave, vanity, cotton candy maker with sugar floss, popcorn maker with flavor toppers and snow cone machine with syrups. It is just as much of a hit with teens who love their privacy with access to WiFi and the Xbox Series S with Xbox Live.
