You will have No Worries at this beautiful oceanside home. So come and enjoy, unpack and start relaxing in the private pool, hot tub, or head to the beach, just a short walk away.

There is room for everyone here, 7 bedrooms, (6 masters), 7 ½ bathrooms, TVs, DVD players, iPod docking station, stereo, WiFi, outside speakers for the pool area. Want to enjoy some outside activities, play a game of basketball or horseshoes with the family. Challenge someone to a game of pool in the rec room, there is also a TV, microwave and refrigerator in the rec room.

Child friendly features include a high chair and pack-n-play.

This home is located near Mile Post 15 in Nags Head so it is close to shopping, restaurants and many attractions.

Pet Friendly. Non-smoking. Garage is not available for guest use. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

The house has everything you can want and then more. Beautiful house! Really enjoyed our stay! All of the porches and outdoor furniture is all top of the line and amazing!! Village Realty is great to work with, will only rent from them!

Great week with the whole family and our 1st beach week in the Outer Banks. The house and beds are very comfortable and allowed us to spread out when we wanted. Our family enjoyed the pool table and had our annual cornhole tournament! The traffic from behind is loud. We used our white noise at night and it didn’t bother our sleep. I’m really glad we took our own bath towels. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful dishes and bar ware, coffee pots and even a wine fridge. Outdoor furniture is really nice too. Sad to see our week end!

There were 19 of us there with 17 there for 5 days and nights, it was a perfect place with the amenities offered. There was a problem with a tub shower diverted, and they responded and fixed it in less than an hour. The outside grill was not usable from all the grease in the burners, we tried to clean it but To no avail, made the call and we had a brand new one in less than two hours. The place has all the fun stuff, heated pool, hot tub, pool table, horse shoes. Big fridge, all the cooklng utensils you would ever use. Great place to stay I would recommend it to anyone, try not to get the bedroom under the kitchen.

We had an absolutely AMAZING vacation in this beautiful home.. There were some minor maintenance issues but they were immediately resolved. This home perfect for large families or groups of friends.. The kitchen is stocked with everything imaginable. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated. The heated pool and hot tub were the perfect endings to long busy days. Having close access to the beach was also much appreciated. There is so much more I could say about this house!! We were all extremely comfortable and happy!!!

No Worries very nice house with plenty of room and amenities. A few minor issues: WiFi did not work for us, lot of dust on ceiling fans and grass area was tall and not cut until our last day.

This is our 3rd year staying at No Worries! Each year we are super excited to return to our home away from home. The home is always very clean when we arrive and the bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect! We all really enjoy the pool, hot tub and pool table. Village Realty is always very helpful. We love No Worries!

No worries is a GREAT house!! Our family of 14 has plenty of room in this spacious rental. We particularly enjoyed shuffleboard and horseshoes. The house is beautifully decorated and the large dining table accommodated us very well for meals and late night board games. We really appreciated the easy check in and check out offered by Village Realty. The beach was an easy walk. Manteo and Jockeys Ridge were an easy drive...and well worth it. Kayaking, stand up paddle boards and golf were 10 minutes away. The only downside was the incessant road noise.

We enjoyed our 2016 family vacation at "No Worries" and it was the perfect fit! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a few minor issues (light bulbs out/cleaning pool) that were taken care of within a few short hours. Great company to rent with and great house. We definitely recommend this house and will hopefully be staying again in the future!

Good evening! We just returned home from our 2015 family vacation to the outer banks! This is the second year we have done it as a family and our first year using village realty which we will definitely be using again! The service we received was awesome! We had an issue with hot water in our rental and through the app I reported it, and within 20 minutes there was a service man there! We also decided last minute to not take our dogs along and the refund check was waiting here when we got home! The house was so nice ans very well taken care of! There were 17 of us on vacation ranging from 6-64 in age and this house offered something for everyone! We will absolutely visit the outer banks again and will be using village realty! -Emma Carey
