203 B is a 2nd floor (3rd story) Beachfront condo with a perfect beach view. There is a king-size bed, walk-in shower, full kitchen and private balcony overlooking the beach. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

The premises of Estero Beach and Tennis are wonderful. The landscaping on the grounds is very well maintained and lush. There are tennis courts, a BBQ area, outdoor seating, and many walking trails. The Gulf of Mexico and beach is at your doorstep!

Located in the much desired South-end of the island with just a short walk to local shopping and restaurants. Take the trolley to downtown Fort Myers Beach (the famous well known Pier and Town Square). Beach, fishing, bird watching, and relaxing in a comfortable, updated Estero Beach and Tennis Club property. Make memorable moments of your winter vacation getaway on Fort Myers Beach, FL.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter) only with a one week minimum. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING

Loved being back in Fort Myers Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We left a day early as our flight was scheduled forFriday. We had a nice stay and were happy with thestudio. Only disappointment was the pool wasn't opened for the first half of our stay and we talked to several vacationers who said they received a refund for the days the pool was not opened and one received a $200.00 gift card.

Estero Island get away

Really liked the condo. Small but it had everything we needed for just the two of us. Location is outstanding. Pool was closed though due to the hurricane. That was the only bummer. Lots of work going on in the area from Ian which hammered the island.

Our stay was good. There is still construction going on but it created no problem. Access to the office was not as advertised. We plan to book again next year.

Week January 13th Stay

Condo was nice, just big enough to enjoy and has a great view. Turns out it was rainy and cold else I'd have been disappointed about the lack of a pool but we were warned it might not be done. Glad there was at least one laundry room ready for use. I'd stay again!
