Take an early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the white sandy beach right at your doorstep. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Enjoy ocean and beach views from your own private screened in balcony. Visit many beachfront restaurants along the boulevard or shopping in Santini Plaza. Every view from this one bedroom, one bathroom efficiency is on the Gulf of Mexico.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat - Sat ( from Christmas to Easter )NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
