The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.

The location of this property was great. The pool was nice and the unit overlooked the ocean. We were able to enjoy both ocean and pool. It was also short drive to broadway at the beach and great restaurants. There is some areas of opportunity for the unit. The glass door in shower was broken and came off the hinges every time we used it. Maintenance did come up to put it back on. However, it broke again simply just trying to get in the shower. Somone could get hurt if its not replaced and shatters. I think it would a good idea to get new matresses for the beds. The other guests with us said their matress was not comfortable. I think for the amount we paid to rent the unit it could use some upgrades. I loved the property and we are looking into renting a different unit same floor thats a bit more bang for our buck.

Great Location but unit needs renovated

Our family enjoyed our stay overall. Location was great. However, the unit is in dire need of an update. Unit was not clean and the one of the bathrooms was disgusting.

First visit to Myrtle Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was amazing. Loved the extra floor bedroom and outside patio. Very clean. Had an elevator and shopping carts available for getting luggage up to room ( very helpful). Everything food, shopping, entertainment was very close and the beach was right across the street. The pool was awesome for my kids. Liked the 8ft deep section.

Relaxing two weeks
