Large Family Friendly Condo - Steps to the Beach! Close to Attractions!

Condo:
Available by Anchorage Rentals, this condo directly overlooks the pool / courtyard which provide excellent ocean/pool views from the main level balcony and private 3rd bedroom balcony and master bedroom. The Master has a king bed, guests bedroom on main level has a queen bed with a twin trundle and the loft has one queen bed. With just over 1500 sq. ft. of spacious living area, this condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and flat screen TV’s.

Area Information:
Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.

Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

Little Tight

The property was great. We were just a little disappointed. The property was listed as a 3 bedroom with the third bedroom having a bunk bed and additional bed for a total of 5 beds. There was only 1 bed in each room making the sleeping arrangements a little awkward for 6 men. Other than that the property was great. Well kept and in a great location.

Love the Anchorage

Have stayed at another condo in the Anchorage as well and the stay is always amazing. Highly recommend. Speaking with the property managers is so easy it was incredibly helpful.

Had a great time and fun week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a condo here along with many others from our travel baseball team while playing in the ripken experience. Was very nice place. The condo we had was very spacious and fully equipped. Was nice to have laundry and full kitchen in the condo. Pool was really good size and just across the street was beautiful beach area. Will be back in a couple years and stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as described except for the sofa bed. We needed a 5th bed and the website stated there was a sofa bed, but it tuned out to be a blow up mattress. That was a hassle so we just used the sofa. You need to update the description on the website.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, there was a stale water smell. We noticed a spider web in the master bedroom sink. There were babies in the web. The bed in the master bedroom (in between the frame and mattress) had lots of dust and dirt, in which we cleaned. The air filter appeared to have not been changed in months. The furnace was EXTREMELY loud. We found roaches in the unit. The drier had to be cleaned out as something was in the bottom of it. We had a problem with the heat not coming on and couldn't be given an ETA as to when someone would be available to check on it. We were kinda left to figure it out. Lighting in the second downstairs bedroom was dim. Soft spots in the floor(some areas). Unit not as updated as expected.
