Great beach location

Loved the short walk to the beach. At the top of the stairs there are benches to sit and watch the sunset and the neighbors came. Nice to get to know everyone! Very friendly neighborhood. Lots of kitchen supplies as well as spices etc. beds were comfortable. Fans avail because no AC. Would definitely book again.

Good location, not very neat and clean

Great location very close to the beach. Friendly neighbors. Nice sized little house, we liked that there were fans for each room. Be aware there is no AC - the listing is accurate but doesnt explicitly say there is no AC. Biggest frustration was cleanliness. Lots and lots of cobwebs in the corners, hair and soap scum in the shower, other peoples clothes left in the drawers and in the dryer - I dont think it was cleaned very well before we arrived. Not dirty enough to call them, as the sheets were clean, but it could just use a thorough cleaning. There are extra towels in towel closet which was nice. There is a shed with beach accessories that was unlocked when we arrived, so we used a beach chair. But the property managers told me to stay out of the shed so I guess it wasnt supposed to be unlocked. So bring your own chairs and umbrellas for the beach.

Cute place

The neighborhood and the neighbors were very nice. The beach was great and very well maintained. The house/cottage itself was good, the main areas are open and inviting. It would have been nice to know the place does not have air conditioning, it was 85+ the while I was there so the house got a bit warm. I see now that it is not listed specifically, I would book this again but I would bring a portable AC unit.
