Outdoor enthusiasts will love the direct access to the water to launch a kayak or a stand up paddleboard. It's the ideal spot for the whole family! Boasting an expansive back deck, upper level balconies, 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room to spread out in this spacious home. 



When you finally arrive after a long journey and enter through the bright blue front door, you're greeted by an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The airy space is made bright by a bay window and glass sliding doors that overlook the deck and unbelievable water view beyond. The living room has a classic nautical theme with comfortable seating, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The dining table has room for eight, and the eat-in kitchen offers additional seating for three. The kitchen also provides a coffee bar, plenty of counter space for meal prep, modern appliances,  and all the amenities necessary for the home chef in your group.
