About the host
Hosted by Julie Smoragiewicz
Jim and Julie are your hosts and are blessed to have lived in the Black Hills for 30 years. They have served as vacation rental hosts for a decade, with seven different properties and earned 5 star reviews and recognition as premier hosts.
Julie’s great-great grandparents homesteaded in eastern South Dakota in the 1880s making South Dakota home for seven generations of their family.
They raised their two sons (now grown) in the area and together have enjoyed hiking, biking, swimming, boating, camping, fishing, hunting, rock climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, exploring, and so much more of what the Black Hills have to offer.
Jim and Julie enjoy historic properties and Bungalow 605 is the second property in the West Boulevard Historic District they have owned and restored.
