We had a great stay at this VRBO. It was a great location to anywhere we needed to go. It was nice to have a little more space to spread out with having our two kids with us. Would definitely stay here again!

This is my third time staying at this location and I just can't say enough about it. It is alway so clean and welcoming when we arrive and the owner is so easy to work with. I am there on medical and it is so nice to know I don't have to worry about where I am staying, that it will be wonderful when I show up and it never disappoints. The bed is glorious and I always rest well. They even had a fan for me as I like to sleep with a fan on :) Its right down from the University but you don't hear the road noise inside and when it gets to be evening you can sit outside on the balcony/porch. Just an absolutely wonderful place to stay.

This place is amazing. I have stayed in at least 40 other VRBO's in Salt Lake City over the years. This is by far the best location, price, perfect space for 2-4 people. It was clean and had lot's of extra supplies/games/cooking supplies etc. Best to stay on the top floor.

The unit was nice. There was enough room for us and the kids to move around and relax after days out. The driveway is tight and there is a dip exiting the drive so larger vehicles amd low sitting vehicles would need to use street parking.

All good. Host was awesome. Only little downside is due to it being an older building, you can hear the neighbors footsteps on the wood floors. One neighbor was a very early riser and it disrupted sleep a bit. But the place was great otherwise.
