335 4th Ave - This adorable beach cottage is just 4 blocks to town, or a 3-5 minute walk, and 2 min walk to the Promenade. Two queen bedrooms plus one bedroom with a Queen bed, and bunk twin beds, for a maximum of 8 people. Open living and dining room area with cable TV DVD player. Smart TV so you can login using your own account for NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave. Main bath has a tub/shower combo, 2nd bathroom has shower, commode and sink plus stack washer/dryer. Fabulous location for family get together plus other rentals close by such as 435 4th right next door and the Riverwalk Condominiums. Parking for 3 cars maximum. Outdoor furniture available for summer with BBQ. River is just 3 properties east.

Excellent location at a family friendly price

This house worked great for our needs and was in an awesome location. Quick walk to the beach, cute shopping area and the river. We would stay here again.

This was a fun safe homebase

We did traveling all up and down the coast and it was the perfect quiet cozy little space. We really appreciated the friendliness of seaside, proximity to public parking, the aquarium and the ocean! Definitely would stay again

Family friendly, very spacious for a little cottage, quick walk to promenade, did not have to drive much, restaurants within walking distance. Definitely enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach. Walked to beach everyday, no sand in car this year.

Great little ocean cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage, small but fit the 8 of us very easily. The location was perfect, just a couple blocks from the beach and a few blocks to the main shopping street. Had a bit of an issue with tiny sugar ants, but host was helpful in dealing with them and any other questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

Easy walk to downtown and the beach. Quiet community. The shower could’ve been cleaned a little better, but overall very clean home and great stay! We’ll definitely keep this place in mind so our next Seaside trip.

Cute little house, close to the beach, served our needs very well. Disappointed to find leftover food in the refrigerator and freezer, refrigerator had food stains not wiped out, floor had not been mopped.

Great little house even better location!

Our family of 5 stayed here for part of spring break. 4 blocks from broadway and 3 to the beach made this house a great place to stay. The house is small but it does not feel small. The main living space is well laid out and feels spacious. The tv is small but that shouldn’t matter when on vacation. We also worked with the property manager and were able to check in 30 min early even though it was a back to back rental. Great place to stay in seaside!

Perfect landing for Thanksgiving by the ocean

This property was a great landing spot for our Thanksgiving at the coast. It is laid out well for easy gathering in the main area, making it feel bigger than it was. Our group of 8 enjoyed games and a Thanksgiving meal together while being close but not feeling on top of each other We enjoyed the easy walk to the prom and beach for runs and walks and an evening bonfire. It's also an easy walk to Broadway for restaurants and shopping. restaurants.

Cheerleading competition

We have stayed here the same weekend for the past few years for a cheerleading competition at the expo center which is right down the street. Cute little house that met all our needs for two families with teenagers. Two bedrooms for the adults and one bedroom packed with bunk beds and a queen bed. Nice to have two bathrooms which is uncommon in such a small house.
