This was a perfect little beach house for our stay at Seaside. Great location to head to Astoria and then south to Rockaway beach. There is a big sand dune with sea grass between the road and the beach but was easy to walk through and enjoy the ocean.

Perfect size for our family and check in was a breeze. Location is walkable to beach and main part of town. Only issue was there were some dirty socks found in one of the rooms.

House was small but clean. The appliances are old but in working order. Not very good instructions how to use the TV remotes. The main bathroom shower was hard to figure out and the instructions were not helpful. There were not enough towels for 3 people. The beach is quite a distance from the house and you can’t even see it. We were disappointed.

Check in and out was easy. Kitchen was well supplied. Couches were pretty worn out. Some of the blinds were broken. The second bath/laundry sink could have been larger. All in all the stay was good.

It was a great location especially in the middle of a busy holiday week.The only downsides were the outside cans were completely full when we arrived and the WiFi was down quite a bit.Just two super minor things but other than that the hosts were amazing, very responsive and easy to get a hold of when we needed to.The property was as advertised and the walk to the beach wasn’t too bad, especially with two toddlers walking with us.

This house worked great for our needs and was in an awesome location. Quick walk to the beach, cute shopping area and the river. We would stay here again.

The house was just as described and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach, dinner and shopping on a daily basis. Overall, the home was very clean and had everything we needed. We did find a some dirty towels up on a closet shelf and another in a basket in the bathroom but that could have been an oversight while being cleaned and it was easy enough to toss them in the wash.

This was a fun safe homebase

We did traveling all up and down the coast and it was the perfect quiet cozy little space. We really appreciated the friendliness of seaside, proximity to public parking, the aquarium and the ocean! Definitely would stay again

Perfect size and location!

Perfect location to town and the beach. The house was just right for 3 adults and two kiddos (10-12 yrs old). We plan to stay again soon!
