Beach cottage just a couple of blocks to the beach and 4 short blocks to downtown. Downstairs has the living room with cable TV/DVD/VCR, dining area, galley style kitchen and 1.5 baths. The bathroom is split where one room has a shower only, the other has the full bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including 1 King bedroom,1 Full and 1 twin in the second bedroom. Third bedroom has 1 Queen and a day bed that has 2 twins. Adorable home with an oversized, great yard for kids. Parking for 3 vehicles only

This old fashioned, adorable cottage was perfect for my family and me! The location is close enough to walk to the beach and the downtown area of seaside. We were lucky enough to extend an additional night since we had so much fun!

We love this house too. The new owners have put a lot of hard work and time in this house. It isn't fancy but like you said it's well stocked, and comfortable. You can kick your shoes off and be comfy. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Kind of like going to grandmas but without having to worry about putting your feet on the coffee table. We hope you visit us again Beachhouse Vacation Rentals.

Saltbox House

Charming property, rustic and very comfortable. Clean and had every amenity we needed to make for an amazing stay. Would recommend this to anyone looking to get away for a relaxing or busy weekend, Seaside and Cannon Beach offer much to do or stay in and just enjoy this special property.

LOVE THE SALTBOX!

We travelled with 5 kids over spring break and couldn't have picked a better place! It was a perfect location to all the things and we all had plenty of room. The kids really enjoyed the entertainment options inside this property... Would definitely recommend to other families:)

Pros: Bedrooms were neat and two of them were spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms had more supplies than is typical, we had everything we could need. The home is in walking distance to town and the beach. The yard is so nice with outdoor seating and beautiful gardenCons:The bathroom situation is not ideal. The area outside the shower is very small and the door doesn't reach the floor or ceiling. The upstairs bathroom also has a sliding type door that is really more of a curtain so not much privacy. Also hot water runs out very quickly. The master bedroom bed frame was broken and the bed very uncomfortable.Overall this home was very cute and great for a short stay!

Awesome location, quaint home

Perfect location, just a couple east blocks both from the beach and from the downtown area. Lots of beds to choose from and a pack and play. Bathroom layout downstairs is a little strange but it didn't stop us from having a great time.

Weekend Getaway

It was a short weekend trip for our group of ladies and this was the perfect location in Seaside. However, it was really disappointing that the photos do not match the house for the bed situation. Living space was lively though and tbe vackyard was great for hanging out in. There is a king bed with ensuite toilet, a room with a full and twin bunk built into the wall, then a room with a queen, twin, and another mattress on the floor. This is not what is shown in the pictures.with

Great location within walking to beach and attractions.Authentic old beach house with all its quirky nooks and crannies.Roomy upstairs bedrooms with small half bath accessible by passing into master bedroom. King bed was comfortable medium firm. Other queen bed was softer.Second bathroom off back entrance has a toilet , sink and deep soak tub but no shower. Shower stall room is next door with a quirky swinging half door, somewhat low shower head and narrow changing area. Plentiful hot water for us.Great modern pulldown shades throughout house for privacy and light blocking for sleeping.Kitchen in small but has lots of cookware for any type of meal. Teapot needs replacing as it’s rusty inside. I used a pot instead.On our last night we were looking for beach chairs to use to view sunset snd found none.Outside yard had a dining table set and chairs.Washer! Dryer worked perfectly.House had lots of interesting books about the area’s history and all in all very cozy and nostalgic stay for someone who appreciates a house which no doubt had a rich history itself of family fun.Beachy decor.

Great location- beach cottage

This property location is amazing! It is 2 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway, 4 blocks from the Seaside Aquarium and everything was within walking distance. The home is older and has the beach cottage feel. The kitchen was well equipped which made cooking very easy. The one bathroom upstairs is just a toilet and sink located in the bedroom that has the king bed in it. There was plenty of blankets upstairs and the beds were comfy. Great stay would definitely come back here!

This place was conveniently located. Once we arrived we pretty much walked everywhere. At the time I stayed the washer and dryer were disconnected but that did bother us. Special shout out to the after hours property management people. We let them know that the garbage was too full to fit anything else and they quietly came by and handled it.
