The property was in an ok location close to the Beach in Isla verde. Check in process was fairly smooth. I have not stayed in the area in a while, and for the looks of it, it was a fair price. It was also fairly clean and stocked with basic utensils. and pots and pans, Beach Towels, Beach chairs and Umbrella. The host was very responsive to every one of my questions.If you however want a view to the beach you will have to pay more in a different place. The AC mini split is only good for the bedroom. One thing that I found annoying was a timer and sensor on.the bathroom, the light shuts off while you are taking a shower. At first I thought that we were having a blackout (which are typical in PR). I finally caught on by the end of my stay.
