Enjoy the beach, restaurants and spectacular sunsets at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Perfect for couples or to travel alone. Condo is located in the best area of Isla Verde (Alambique). Just a 7 minutes' drive from airport. Mid-size pool to enjoy, paid laundry downstairs for your convenience. 24hrs security guards. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is less than half a block walking distance. We provide a private parking space *at NO cost! : )
The building is located just in front of CVS open 24/7.
The living room faces the north, where the ocean view and breeze will relax you while you lounge, watch tv on the two comfy armchairs. We have 60" smart tv.
Our property includes 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited and include soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponge.

We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again! Our host was very thoughtful about every detail from supplying beach towels and beach chairs to chocolates for us to enjoy when we arrived. We loved the easy walk to the beach. Our favorite restaurants were Kumo Rooftop and Lifeguards of the Reef. Lots of details were provided for the check in process. We would recommend this property to anyone!

The studio was great, very cozy, clean, and well-equipped, which made us feel right at home. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Great view to the beach which is also walking distance. The parking lot is easy to get into, you need a key fob to exit and enter the property which made us feel safe. The place was very nice and exceptionally clean. It is situated in a highly secure area, complete with a guard and security cameras, making it perfect for solo travelers. It's genuinely only a block away from the beach, which was wonderful—I enjoyed walking there every day. The location is ideal for strolling to nearby stores and restaurants. This condo unit is in an older building but the unit itself is very nice. A huge TV shows amazing videos of Puerto Rico and other places, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is awesome, and the whole place was very clean. It's a short walk to the beach, and you can sit in your breakfast high chairs and look at the beach while enjoying food you picked up at a nearby supermarket. Or you can walk five minutes to several good local restaurants. Check-in was easy, and everything went smoothly. Yari has clearly thought of everything. The building, again, is older, and the common areas look bad in some spots, but the unit itself is wonderful
