Enjoy the beach, restaurants and spectacular sunsets at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Perfect for couples or to travel alone. Condo is located in the best area of Isla Verde (Alambique). Just a 7 minutes' drive from airport. Mid-size pool to enjoy, paid laundry downstairs for your convenience. 24hrs security guards. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is less than half a block walking distance. We provide a private parking space *at NO cost! : )
The building is located just in front of CVS open 24/7.
The living room faces the north, where the ocean view and breeze will relax you while you lounge, watch tv on the two comfy armchairs. We have 60" smart tv.
Our property includes 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited and include soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponge.

The unit was exactly as listed and the location was very convenient to the airport, shopping, and dining. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again! Our host was very thoughtful about every detail from supplying beach towels and beach chairs to chocolates for us to enjoy when we arrived. We loved the easy walk to the beach. Our favorite restaurants were Kumo Rooftop and Lifeguards of the Reef. Lots of details were provided for the check in process. We would recommend this property to anyone!
