Isle Haven is a thoughtfully designed mountain home built for families and groups who want space, comfort, and fun. The open-concept great room features a cozy gas fireplace and plenty of room to gather.Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances, two dishwashers, a Crockpot, KitchenAid mixer, waffle irons, pancake griddle, and coffee options including a drip maker and French press—plus a Blackstone grill outside for group meals.

Upstairs is all about entertainment—ping pong, giant chess, a theater room with Xbox, and a custom bunk room for kids! The primary suite includes a private balcony and spa-style bathroom with soaking tub.

Island Paradise !!!

The "Isle Haven" is the type of property that is perfectly suited for accommodating an extended family or friends group for as many days as they wish. Very large and spacious, with plenty of separation between the bedrooms/baths for peace and privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances and cookware and an abundance of dishware which can be spread out over the large dining table that easily accommodates 10 persons.The family room with large flatscreen tv and fireplace allowed for relaxed lounging or movie watching, and the comfy carpet allowed the kids to play board/card games in the open floorspace for hours at a time.The upstairs ping pong table was a great "hit" for kids and adults alike, allowing a time of fun and friendly competition. We didn't have a chance to play pickleball due to our busy Y-stn Park schedule and windy/snowy weather, but that would have been another great activity for our fam to enjoy while at the Haven.The neighborhood is very private and quiet, and because it is surrounded by forest area we saw deer on the property on a daily basis. It should be noted that accessing the neighborhood involves passing through two gates, the first which needs a passcard and the second a simple code. Also, the short road between the two gates is mildly rough. "Jake" was easy to communicate with, and he made every effort to make sure we felt "right at home." All in all, a wonderful home and highly recommended. A !!
