Beautiful place

The property is clean and welcoming. It was wonderful to have such a nice place I could bring my pets to. It's in a well kept gated community that's peaceful and quiet. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wow! Wow! Wow!A super-clean and well-kept house! From the moment you walk through the door, you can smell the cleanliness. It's accessible to everything you can think of, from the best restaurants, shopping, walking trails, water parks, amusement parks, and the Arizona Boardwalk. Ahmed was always available to answer our questions. Keep up the outstanding job your are doing.Thank you!

Great neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. The streets are a little crowded with cars parked, but I had access to the garage so there were no issues parking. House was very clean. Host was very responsive with my inquiries and was quick to resolve any issues.Would definitely recommend to a friend.

We needed to find a lovely place for three weeks as I was having surgery and we were grateful we chose this one. They had a garage we could park in to make it easier to get in and out of the house, plus it helped keep the car cool. I wasn’t able to do much, but the first couple of nights slept great in the bed upstairs, then we had rented a power lift chair for me to stay in downstairs and then my husband slept on the couch which actually pulls out. He said it was comfortable. He also did most of the cooking and laundry since after surgery I could not climb the stairs or lift anything and he said it all worked great. My husband also wanted me to mention the WiFi was great because he works remotely and had zero problems the entire stay. Fortunately we were close by to my high school friend and she came over often which was fun. My husband also loved the location being near the different stores when he needed to run errands and get groceries. I liked being in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful, we rarely heard our neighbors at all. We really didn’t have any issues, so we didn’t need to contact our hosts, but they were very generous when we were running 15 minutes late with the checkout. We would definitely recommend this home, it was very affordable for our three week stay.

Great stay!

We spent a month here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home matched the listing description perfectly—it’s situated in a quiet, gated neighborhood with easy access to I-17, making it convenient to get around. We felt very comfortable and would highly recommend it to anyone. Having access to the garage was especially helpful, making arrivals, departures, and moving in and out much smoother.Our host, Ahmed, was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs. There was a small issue with the initial entry code, but he quickly resolved it by granting us access electronically and providing a new code within minutes. The only disappointment—beyond the owner's control—was that the pool was closed for repairs. Our grandchildren, who stayed with us for a week, were looking forward to swimming, and we would have appreciated knowing about the closure in advance to better prepare them.Overall, it was a wonderful stay! We wanted to book again for next year but it wasn't available for our dates.
