In the master bedroom, you’ll find a luxurious king-size bed, a smart flat-screen TV with cable, and a spacious closet stocked with extra hangers and pool towels for your convenience. A/C is listed as seasonal, starting in July.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a smart TV with cable, a walk-out patio ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, and a queen-sized pull-out couch for additional sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals after a day of exploring Steamboat Springs. For evening entertainment, enjoy the flat-screen TV, complimentary WiFi, cable, or a selection of board games.

Take advantage of the property’s two year-round shared hot tubs and a pool that’s open during the summer months.

Check in was clear and a piece of cake. Had everything we needed, including a surprise need of some bandages! 100% would stay again. Great location, quiet and near restaurants but not too near.

I would not recommend this property, especially for families traveling with children.The listing states that the unit has air conditioning during the summer months. However, we discovered after arriving that the air conditioning is not actually installed until the middle of July. We checked in during June, which is unquestionably a summer month, and the unit was 85F when we arrived. Had this been disclosed accurately in the listing, we would have booked elsewhere. The smoke detector was also hanging from the ceiling with exposed wiring.The check-in process was equally frustrating. We were provided with a door code, but no unit number, building information, map, or directions. The instructions were so incomplete that we had to call for help just to locate and access the unit.Traveling with two young children, arriving to an uncomfortably hot unit and then struggling to find where we were supposed to go made for an extremely stressful start to our stay.What disappointed us most was the lack of transparency. Advertising air conditioning in the summer months while knowing it is unavailable for much of June and early July feels misleading. This experience fell far short of expectations and reflected a concerning lack of integrity in how the property is represented.
