✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace.
✹ PETS: Pets are not allowed on the property.
✹ QUIET HOURS: To maintain the peaceful charm of our neighborhood, we have quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends.
✹ ACCESSIBILITY: The duplex is located on an incline, and there are steps to access the property. Please keep this in mind if mobility is a concern.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may use the outdoor patio for smoking but must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
🌞 No Parties or Events
This is a peaceful residential area. Parties, loud gatherings, and events are not allowed.
🌞 Occupancy Limit
The maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
🌞 Parking
Guests have access to a small 1-car garage for secure parking. PLEASE NOTE: The garage dimensions are 7` wide x 15` deep with the lowest spot getting in the door being 6.5`.
Street parking is not allowed on our street, but additional vehicles may park on nearby streets.

Please treat the home as if it were your own. Notify us immediately if something breaks or is damaged.
Dispose of trash in the appropriate outdoor bins (blue for recycling, black for trash).

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

A front porch camera is in place for security purposes and monitors the exterior entryway only.
