-Signed rental agreement and picture of ID required after booking.
-Up to 2 small vehicles can park under the condo. No large, oversized vehicles. 6'8" maximum height. Parking is available across the street for a fee if your vehicle is too large.
***Beginning 5/19/25 and projected to last through the end of summer, there will be some construction in the complex. While we don't expect too much of an impact, there may be times where there is some noise. Work will not begin prior to 8am and will be completed by 6pm daily. At this time, we are not anticipating any parking implications, though beach access will be diverted slightly. **During the month of June, there will be some disruption to parking. Only one parking spot will be guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
