Beautiful pictures accurately depicted the jaw dropping house! We appreciated the second laundry room, spacious bedrooms with balconies, and extra icemakers. We all enjoyed the well equipped game room and nice pool. Wonderful house for our family of 17, from ages 14 to 77!

Really enjoyed our time at Rare Breed, it is a good place for a multi-generational family get together. The pool is huge and clean, the firepit area with porch swings was a great place for roasting marshmallows at night. More than anything the back porch was our main hang out area. It was nice to have the game room hangout for the teens and young adults as well. The beds were very comfortable and the showers sparkling clean. Two sets of washer/dryers came in so handy. Only complaint were the stairs going up to the house hauling coolers and food and kids in, but once there we hardly left so not too bad. There is no grass at all but there is a basketball/pickleball court which we used for our annual Can Jam competition.

The property itself was amazing accurate listing! Only thing I disliked was that there was a smellOutside thinking it was the septic somewhere. Either for this property or for another nearby the smell would come and go as we were in the back patio. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool did not heat one day and they were quick to go fix so that was appreciated. The communication and attention was superb.

Overall, this was a wonderful property, and we truly enjoyed our stay. There were just a few things we wish we had known before arriving.The main challenge was the steepness of the property. The driveway is very steep, and without a 4x4 vehicle, it can be difficult to access one side of the driveway.Parking was also somewhat limited. We had multiple vehicles in our group and ultimately needed to use a vacant lot nearby for some of them.Additionally, while the property does offer an EV charging outlet, there are large boulders positioned in front of the charging area. Because of this, some electric vehicles may not be able to park close enough to reach the outlet without a very long charging cord.Despite these inconveniences, the property itself was excellent, and we had a great experience. We simply wish these details had been communicated ahead of time so we could have planned accordingly.

This property was amazing. My church has an annual Young adults retreat out in Oklahoma where we rent a property for the weekend. This property was definitely our favorite place we have stayed so far. It had many different sources of entertainment and an incredible massage chair. The pictures do not do justice for how nice the interior of this home is. That said, the one thing that stood out the most for me was when I had asked the host of this home if they could add lightning to the sportcourt so we could continue to play as it got dark. They went out of their way to install extra lighting for our pleasure. Not only was the home incredible. The hospitality was great. Thank you!

We stayed in this home for 5 days for my husband’s birthday in August with a bunch of family we haven’t seen in a long time. This home has everything you need and more. It is absolutely gorgeous! Every room has its own bathroom, kitchen has 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers, so plenty of room to cook and move around. Each room has its own bathroom and king size bed! We didn’t leave the house during our whole stay, besides getting groceries. Spent lots of time in the pool/hot tub. Built a fire in the fire pit one night and the kids and adults played on the basketball court. We’ve been to broken bow many many times and this home is the best one we’ve ever stayed in. Highly highly recommend for a family/friend getaway

Fantastic, Amazing, Incredible Place

Honestly, it does not matter what I say about this place, it won’t be good enough. We lost our oldest son in a car wreck 3 years ago and vowed to get our 5 boys and their family’s together at least every other year. Rare Breed was amazing and way better than expected. We could have stayed at the house for 5 days and had enough to do for our family, ages 1 to 88. We were close to so many things to do, zipline, ATV, horseback riding, mazes, escape rooms. We could not do it all. If you need a gorgeous place to stay for your large family or big group of friends, this is the place. I cannot say enough good things about Rate Breed. Amazing!!!!
