Kick back and relax in this cozy and newly renovated 3-bedroom house in Baton Rouge conveniently located off of I-12 interstate and close to restaurants and shopping. Our place is a home away from home if you enjoy a quiet neighborhood with a private pool and patio. The perfect spot to retreat, relax, reset, and revive yourself. No parties or events (Strictly Enforced) $250 penalty for parties/events. Cameras are onsite!
