Thank you for your kind words, Shelly! We're glad the location, decor, and amenities met your needs, and that the early check-in was helpful. We'd be happy to host you again!
Very convenient location with the deck being amazing for fireworks. The pool was shared between two units and so it was quite private and the other house happened to not use it much so it felt like it was just us. Check out was super easy. There wasn’t central air which we didn’t expect but probably just didn’t notice that in the listing but we were still able to keep the house cool with the window units that worked great even with the heat being rough! The only issue we ran into was parking some of the other people in other units double parked us at first we eventually were able to rearrange ourselves to avoid this when they left but this wasn’t the fault of the house manager-just something for future people to be aware of that you may get trapped in once you park.

Thanks for the review! Glad the home’s location and deck were a great fit and that the shared pool felt private. Sorry about the parking hassle. Great to hear the window units kept the house comfortable despite the heat; we’d love to host you again.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
First off let me start with how well and easy it was to communicate with the property management company. They were very responsive. However, the place with filthy! There was chunks of food under the couches and around the kitchen table. There was broken glass on the stairs leading to the roof… and ROACHES! The roaches started coming out the last two nights we were there. There were only 6 towels provided for 7 people to stay in the house. The pool was disgusting and had urine odor around it. The condition of the pool was reported to the management company and they did send someone out, however all they did was put the hose in the pool to fill it, nothing else was done and the pool remained in the same condition. The pools in the surrounding homes were pristine… The management company was responsive and easy to speak with. However the local people they have managing and cleaning the property is less than poor. We will never stay there again. I spend the first day of our trip cleaning the house and re-washing towels. Very disgusting.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and honest feedback. We’re truly glad to hear that you found our communication responsive and easy throughout your stay, but we’re very sorry that the condition of the home did not come close to meeting the standard you expected.
We sincerely apologize for the food debris under the couches and around the kitchen table, the broken glass on the stairs, the roaches, and the shortage of towels. These are not conditions we want any guest to encounter upon arrival, and we completely understand how upsetting it must have been to spend part of your vacation cleaning the home and re-washing towels yourself. Your time should have been spent enjoying your trip, not taking care of issues that should have been addressed before you arrived.
We’re also very sorry about the condition of the pool. We appreciate that you reported the concern during your stay and gave us the opportunity to address it. We’re disappointed to hear that the visit from the team did not resolve the issue and that the pool remained in an unacceptable condition. We’ll make sure this feedback is shared with the team so the pool maintenance and cleaning process can be reviewed.
We also understand your concerns about the difference between our responsiveness and what you experienced with the local cleaning and maintenance. While we’re glad our communication was helpful, that alone isn’t enough when the property itself isn’t properly prepared and maintained. We take that distinction seriously.
We’re genuinely sorry that your experience was so disappointing, particularly after having to spend your first day cleaning instead of enjoying your vacation. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback gives us important areas to address with our local housekeeping, maintenance, pest control, and pool teams so we can provide a much better experience for future guests.
