House Rules and Policies
1. Guest Count and Additional Fees
The nightly rate includes up to 2 guests.
For reservations exceeding 2 guests, there is an additional charge of $50 per person per night.
Guests must book for the total number of people checking in. Failure to disclose the accurate number of guests at the time of booking will result in:
A $100 per person per night fee for any unregistered guests.
Possible cancellation of the reservation without refund.
2. No Parties or Gatherings
Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Only the individuals listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional visitors are allowed without prior approval.
3. Policy Enforcement
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation, removal from the property, and forfeiture of the booking amount.
