This home will not disappoint you! It is perfect for 2 families traveling together. Previously rented as 2 units, the new owners have made the great decision to rent as one home. Enjoy the convenience of 2 kitchens, tons of room, a HUGE yard, firepit, 3 decks, WIFI, 2 flat screen TV's and so much more! All freshly painted with new furniture and beds, it is delightful! The home is located at 233 Long Sands Road. Located only a half of mile to Long Sands Beach, it is an easy 10 minute stroll with sidewalks all the way. For your convenience, the owners have a new beach wagon to transport your gear. Spend the day at the beach, and then come home to relax in this large retreat! The kids will enjoy the large back yard while you enjoy the convenience of preparing dinner with two kitchens and the outdoor gas grill. Two fridges are a huge help when large groups travel together! The second living room upstairs is a great place for the kids! There is a large, wall mounted flat screen, games and space to play! Parents will enjoy a little downtime on the farmers porch at the same time. 5 bedrooms allow room for everyone and it is wonderful to have 3 full baths!

We as a family enjoyed the home. Especially enjoyed the yard lots of games we were able to play.. the air conditioning made it comfortable and we really appreciated that. The upstairs bed with the trundle mattress was extremely squeaky.. as with the upstairs bathroom floor. Not a dealbreaker just annoying at times..All said we enjoyed the home.

Great Stay in York

We come to York every year. This house was a little bit further from the water than we usually stay, but it was worth it! It was so clean and had room for all our needs. The upstairs gave our teens the space they needed. The yard allowed for lots of games. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing house with plenty of room for a large group ! Fire place , grill , fire pit , ping-pong table , close to beach, 2 kitchens , large yard ...and much more. We will come back next year for sure !

It was a wonderful week! The house is in a great location and we enjoyed every moment of it. Perfect for multiple families. Lots of room and a great backyard. The grill and fire pit were the icing on the cake!!

Great Place for a family vacation in York

We had three families at the house and it was perfect for our group. Two kitchens and living rooms is very helpful for large groups. The appliances and kitchenware are modern and the house is well stocked. The grill is very nice. We love this part of York and this section of Long Sands so the location worked great for us. Thank you for this great place!

This house was perfect for our family! The two living spaces worked out great. The downstairs living/kitchen area was large and open to accommodate the entire family when we wanted to be all together. The large backyard was a plus. House was lovely! Had a great time- This is a perfect 2 family house! Plenty of room, a big backyard, the grill was fantastic (piped right into a huge propane tank- no worries about running out of fuel!) and we found the location to be perfect- it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach- we had little ones so we shuttled people down and didn't have to worry about parking- and talk about parking- we easily had room for 10 cars with the 2 driveways! We'll rent this one again!

Great location

This property had everything you could possibly need. Big yard for the kids, deck and porch to relax on, games and movies for rainy days, fire pit for s’mores! The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Located half mile from the beach with a sidewalk all the way to keep the little ones safe. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation home

The property was beautiful, but one of the bedrooms did not have AC. The washing machine and dryer were small for a family, but we made it work. Everything else was just great, and the location to Long Sands beach was accurate. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Entertainment Options

I rented this home with 10 other adults for 2 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations- the BBQ, ping pong table, fire pit, games, plenty of dining space. The 2nd living room and 2nd kitchen made it easy to spread out and be comfortable. There were plenty of towels, but bring your own toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels! The location is a short drive from the beach or town. I would definitely re-book this house!

Excellent Property!!

This was the perfect house for our family!! My husband and I stayed at this property with our grown children and 6 grandchildren. It was very spacious. Having the huge yard for the kids to play outside was awesome. We enjoyed a lot of time outside. We also enjoyed ping pong and the dartboard in the basement! The road was a little busier than I would have like but the walk to the beach was only 10 minutes. Thank you so much for making our vacation perfect!. We would stay here again for sure!

Sleeps 14? Yes it does!

We were a large family group that never felt crowded in this lovely well-stocked rental house. There were old folks, millennials, and children ranging in age from five to seventeen. We enjoyed all three floors from ping pong in the basement to two living rooms, two kitchens and three bathrooms! Perfect set up. The walk to the beach was no problem especially with the use of two beach wagons! We had a wonderful vacation in York!

Wonderful family home

Great home for accommodating large family that values both communal and solitary time. We were grandparents vacationing with our two children and their families. The four young grandkids had a blast sharing the bunk bed room and our two children and their spouses each had their own floor with living room and kitchen to escape to when alone time was needed. The fire pit, lawn games, grill and backyard offered activities when not at the beautiful beach. All 10 of us want to come back again! It will be a “family tradition” to quote our grandkids.

Perfect for multi family vacation

The house was just as nice as expected. The house was perfect for us. The grandchildren enjoyed an Easter egg hunt in the front yard, we used the fire pit in the evening, and the barbecue grill and deck meal time. It was a short walk to the beach for us every day. Having the two levels gave space for the children who had to go to bed early in the night owls wanted to stay up and watch TV and play games. We cooked every meal in and found the kitchen to be quite adequate. The bunkroom was an added bonus for a little kids. We would eagerly stay there another time.

Nice place and location..but

Our stay with 8 family members was pretty good. The house had plenty of space and the amenities- TV, appliances , beds were in great shape. The location was only a 12 minute walk to Long Sands Beach.There were a few items that detracted from 5 stars: trash still behind the trash can and on the back deck; a broken and dangerous fire pit not fixed until Tuesday night , a lawn not mowed for about 10 days until Thursday and prevalent ants in the kitchen. All relatively minor but also which could have been fixed with a little more attention.
