Dana and his wife were lovely. He picked up on one ring every time I called with a question. He offered many great suggestions and we had a wonderful time. The sunrises at this property were stellar. We enjoyed the pool and large front yard, where the kids played waffleball every evening. Five minutes to grocery store, 10 minutes to beach. This is a beautiful place!

We had 15 people in this lovely Maine house (8 adults, 7 kids aged 2-10) and it was quite comfortable. Location is great right on York Harbor and you can sit on the front porch and watch the boats go by. If you like to cook for large groups it’s great to have 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, double ovens. It could probably use some large sized pots for steaming lobsters or cooking pasta, but otherwise has what you need. If you’re not into cooking on vacation there are good restaurants nearby, we visited Bobs and Lobster Cove both with delicious seafood and outdoor seating that made things easier with the kids. The pool got a lot of use, especially by the kids. Hosts were very responsive and a fun time was had by all!

The house and property truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Dana greeted us warmly at check-in, gave us a comprehensive tour of the entire home, and took the time to explain all the amenities and features. His attention to detail and helpful recommendations made it easy for us to settle in and make the most of everything the property had to offer. He also provided excellent suggestions for local restaurants and activities that were perfect for our family, making our stay even more enjoyable.Our family of 13, spanning four generations, had an absolutely fantastic time. The home and property provided the perfect setting for everyone to relax, spend quality time together, and create lasting memories. There was something for everyone, and we all felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay. It is not always easy to find a place that accommodates such a large, multigenerational family so well, but this property exceeded every expectation.We cannot say enough about the beautiful home, the wonderful property, and Dana's exceptional hospitality. His thoughtfulness and genuine desire to make our stay special made a real difference in our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our visit and are already looking forward to coming back. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable family getaway!

It was a great house and property we had my daughters wedding at the York Harbor Inn across the bay. There was plenty of parking and took all the pictures of wedding party there. All the girls got makeup and hair and dressed . It was perfect . Dana was very helpful with everything . Pool was 78 degrees at the end of May witch was also great . There was plenty of room for everybody who came over after the wedding . Everybody loved the place

Great Family Getaway

Beautiful Property for a relaxing Stay

This is a beautiful luxury property, which was perfect for a relaxing vacation with family. The pool was perfect for the kids. The location is very quiet, and only a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and other recreation. The host offered lots of suggestions for good food and fun activities. Thank you!
