The cabin was great. In a good location, not far from Hochatown. It was nice to do activities in the mornings & chill in the pool in the warm afternoons. While there are other cabins nearby, you barely notice, it feels nice & private.

The house itself was good but when we got there the spa pool was not working properly we were able to fix it and got in the spa pool but that wasn’t even the biggest issue we had while we were in the spa pool a guy comes on the side of the house says he needs to pick up a grill that was given to him that he wasn’t able to pick up before we got there which caught us off guard mind you we are with our kids. They did fix the pool issue the next day but then we ran into internet problems on our last day. So over yall just be prepared to run into some issue.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Ismael! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home itself. We understand unexpected situations can be frustrating, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention during your stay. Our team did everything we could to address each item as quickly as possible, including assisting with the spa and the internet concerns. We’ve also addressed the situation regarding the grill pickup, and this was the first time we had an occurrence like this during a guest’s stay. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide an even smoother stay.
